As of February 22, 2021, the Gaither Vocal Music Boosters is now exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). Our organization is further classified under this section as a public charity.

Donors can deduct contributions they make to our organization under IRC Section 170. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
